At least they can be bent to spec without appreciably hurting the bounce angle. (That’s a problem with loft creep). Mar 21, 2020 · The trial period was with the 7 iron and it’s been consistently positive. I’ve tried hitting a variety of shots in several different conditions. Wind, no wind, rain, cold and sun. The trial period was very successful and as a result, these are my new irons. I am well aware that Maltby irons are not wetting the whistle of every golfer.

I used to use Maltby Irons. They were great, but for whatever reason, when I wanted a new set I think a year or two ago, I went with Ping. The KE-4 Maltby Irons were great. I still use their hybrids (3,4). I debated their fairway wood (I had a set, wrong flex for me now though) instead of my Titleist also.ode.
