Uncomfortable feeling below right rib cage

What I experience is a constant discomfort and sense of pressure (aka ball feeling) in my lower right rib cage at times extending the discomfort down to lower right abdomen as I illustrated in the red square on the diagram. For context, I already ruled out all serious possibilities (according to the multiple doctors I have seen, total of 5).
