I suggest removing the bolt or nut, scuffing the frame/engine surface and ground cable terminal with an abrasive material, apply a dielectric grease and reconnect. Found that the gray wire on the ignition switch only had 1 volt on it. Took the ignition switch apart and found resistor had broken and appeared to be making intermittent contact.No problems.
