Thanks @PavelDoGreat, setting the ENABLE_RUNLOOP_ACCEPT_INPUT to 0 stopped the crashes I was facing in my local builds. I will create a post build logic on Unity to set this flag and keep an eye on the QA testing to check if that really fixes the crashes we currently have.
