You can access the rate cards via the dashboard on the site, left hand menu and hit rate card. Thanks for the downvote. Every driver can access rate cards from the entire country. Though they don't seem to be updating some when they change. My per mile, minute and base fare have gone up but the rate card still shows the old one.
