Over the past week I've been having issues with it starting, progressively getting worse and now won't start at all. When 900 Ranger 2014 is outside in the cold about 0-10 degrees it will not start, get it inside a warm place it will start. Sometimes I can get it started with Brake clean in the snorkel sometimes. Once I shut it off it won’t start again unless primed. It shows a 636 (crank sensor) code. It has spark, 58 psi at fuel rail, new OEM fuel injectors. 9.2 volts at fuel injectors, and clean air filter.

I know you have to apply the brake to start, and I have it applied.The cooling system does not affect or control starting - adding HEAT (alcohol) to the fuel could make the problem worse (increases the alcohol content of the fuel and alcohol is harder to ignite) - try spraying starting fluid on the air filter to get it going. Seen them come off and not start at all. Reason 1: Weak or incorrect spark. Generally speaking the combustion reaction,won’t happen if your ATV has an improper or weak spark.
