Well in rivington (act 3) There is a well in the starting area of act 3 (Rivington) that you can find after a perception check (or something similiar). There are a bunch of murdered refugees there and a wooden winch perked on the western corner which i can't seem to interact with. The winch is connected to a boulder-mechanism.
