We're located in a historic Victorian firehouse Engine Company No. 6, on ARTWalk in Rochester's Neighborhood of the Arts, at 785 University Ave, a 5 minute walk from the Memorial Art Gallery! Artisan works companies were war-raised units of the Royal Engineers which began to be formed in the summer of 1916. At the time, there was a shortage of skilled workmen on the Western Front for construction projects on the lines of communication.
